Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain systems using Java and Guidewire technologies, with a strong focus on the Guidewire Policy Center. Collaborate with a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in enterprise-level frameworks and platforms. Conduct research and analysis to develop or modify information systems and integrate various systems effectively. Contribute to the establishment of best practices, development of standards, and creation of code libraries and Proof of Concepts (PoCs). Prepare detailed specifications and designs for program development. Code, configure, perform unit testing, review code, debug, document, and maintain complex software applications while working with cutting-edge technologies. Potentially lead a mid-sized development team and mentor junior developers.
Required Skills: Proven experience with Guidewire, Java, RESTful APIs, web services, and J2EE development.
