JOB DESCRIPTION

Role and Responsibilities

The Partner Relations Executive for JOR Hospitality Solutions will work alongside of the Owner, Founder, and President ensuring the mission, vision, and core values of the company are maintained daily. This individual will represent the company through their exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) to past, present, and future partners/collaborators seeking to implement our unique solutions. The role will require professionalism, integrity, an empowered mindset, creativity, diligence, and organizational skills. Additional behaviors, that will make an individual extremely successful, are listed below:

 

This role has two major areas of responsibility; (1) prospecting new clients/partners & (2) implementing sales strategies to grow the company. This role is a solely commission based, thus it does not have a mandatory schedule, beyond a required 6-8 hours of work on a weekly basis. Any new business contracts, delivered by the PRE, will result in 10-20% commissions of the first Partnership Agreement from the hotel/resort/property.

 

Partner Sales & Marketing

* Diligently solicits new business, by prospecting appropriate hospitality properties, to advance and grow JOR Hospitality Solutions
* Utilizes internal CRM tools to identify new business opportunities and contacts
* Maintains complete and up-to-date prospect information on each account
* Understands and implements creative negotiation and selling abilities to uncover new business
* Researches and communicates trends, opportunities, and market changes
* Sets day-to-day priorities to complete assigned responsibilities
* Empowered to create new prospecting strategies and initiatives to drive the company into the future

Qualifications and Education Requirements

* Education: High school diploma/GED is required. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
* Experience working in a support function in a professional service environment
* Prior experience working in the Hotel/Resort industry, preferably in a luxury service environment
* Familiarity with various learning types and training and development methods including on-the-job, role play, lectures, instructor led (in person and virtual), and learning assessments
* 2-years of administrative assistance, project coordination, learning and development, or other related experience(s)
