* Manage hotel reservations, handling inquiries, making bookings, and confirming room availability.
* Interact with guests through phone, email, and in-person, addressing reservation inquiries, changes, and cancellations.
* Assist guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring a seamless process and attending to special requests or concerns.
* Collect payment information, process reservations, and issue invoices or receipts as necessary.
