Job Title: WFH Scheduling Assistant – Entry Level
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities
* Utilize booking platforms and travel management systems to schedule and confirm travel plans accurately and efficiently
* Communicate with clients to gather preferences, provide itinerary options, and address any questions or concerns
* Liaise with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other vendors to secure reservations, negotiate rates, and arrange special accommodations
* Monitor travel schedules and make adjustments as needed to accommodate changes or unforeseen circumstances
* Provide clients with relevant travel information, including destination guides, visa requirements, and safety precautions
* Handle cancellations, refunds, and changes to travel plans in a timely and professional manner, following established procedures
* Maintain detailed records of travel arrangements, payments, and client interactions in our database systems
Requirements:
* Previous experience in travel coordination, scheduling, or related roles preferred
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach
* Proficiency in using booking systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications
* A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to problem-solve and make decisions independently
* A passion for travel and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients
* Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with team members across different locations
* Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
