We’re looking for Work From Home Remote Administrative to handle a mix of administrative work, client follow-ups, and basic research. Responsibilities: Conduct some cold-calling to potential clients Follow up with prospects who have expressed interest but haven’t signed on yet Explain our services and fee structure clearly and confidently Keep organized notes of all contacts in Google Sheets for real-time updates Administrative & Research: Create, print, and send letters to prospective clients Conduct basic research to build family trees and locate heirs Coordinate with postcard writer to assign weekly mailing list Ensure all administrative tasks are well-organized and completed on time Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Perform general office duties including organization, data entry, and document preparation Support team members with various administrative projects as assigned What We’re Looking For: Strong communication skills – able to explain our services clearly and confidently Detail-oriented and highly organized – you’ll be handling multiple tasks and leads at once Self-motivated – able to manage your time effectively while working remotely Comfortable using technology, including Google Sheets, and apps for phone calls and emails Capable of basic research tasks, such as building family trees and sourcing records Reliable phone, computer, printer, and internet connection Quiet, distraction-free workspace for making calls Availability for flexible, part-time hours Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively What We Offer: Part-time, flexible schedule – set your own hours $25-27 per hour + quarterly sales bonuses Fully remote position Opportunities for growth and promotion as the company expands Thorough training and support, including scripts and guidance If you’re a self-starter who enjoys administrative work, research, and client communication, this could be the perfect role for you!
