We’re hiring a student fundraising manager at the Institute for Youth in Policy, who is open to current high school or college students and has a knack for finance and fundraising. We are looking for a dedicated and passionate student to join us part-time, working approximately 10-15 hours per week over the summer and 7-10 hours per week during the school year. Interested? To learn more, visit yipinstitute.org. Role Description This is a paid remote role for a Student Fundraising Manager at the Institute for Youth in Policy. The Fundraising Manager will develop and implement fundraising strategies, cultivate relationships with major donors, coordinate annual giving campaigns, and oversee communication with supporters. Qualifications Student pursuing High School Diploma or Bachelors’ Degree Experience in working with Major Donors and Charities Strong Communication skills Knowledge of Philanthropy and Annual Giving Excellent relationship-building skills Ability to collaborate effectively with team members Experience in fundraising for nonprofit organizations Knowledge of fundraising software and tools Compensation Base Stipend : $1,000 per month Commission-Based Earnings : In addition to the base stipend, you will earn a commission of 5% on all funds you successfully raise for the organization.
