Role Description This is a remote, part-time, unpaid internship with the possibility of earning university credits. As a Social Media Marketing Intern at Northbridge, you will play a key role in driving our digital marketing strategies and building our online presence. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, manage social media platforms, and analyze campaign performance. Key Responsibilities : Develop and schedule social media content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc Assist in implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement Monitor social media trends, tools, and analytics to optimize content performance Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual assets and marketing materials Engage with our online community and respond to comments or messages from users Track and report social media metrics and performance data, using insights to improve future strategies Support overall marketing campaigns and initiatives, contributing creative ideas to enhance outreach efforts Qualifications : Experience with social media platforms and tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer) Strong understanding of social media content creation and marketing strategies Basic knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, email marketing, and analytics tools Excellent communication and writing skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines Enthusiasm for learning and growing within a dynamic, international-focused company Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Ability to earn academic credit for the internship (if applicable) Additional Information : Duration: Flexible, typically 3-6 months depending on university requirements
