About the Role We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Sales Intern to join our team remotely for a 3-month internship, with the potential for a permanent role. In this position, you will play a key role in following up on leads, managing our CRM, and streamlining our sales pipeline. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and eager to learn in a supportive, flexible environment dedicated to neurodivergent inclusivity. Key Responsibilities Lead Follow-Up and Management Promptly respond to new leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Prioritize and manage leads based on their stage in the sales funnel and conversion potential. Nurture relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and ensuring consistent communication. Schedule follow-up activities and log all interactions in the CRM for organized lead tracking. CRM Organization and Maintenance Enter new lead information into the CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data. Regularly update lead status, notes, and follow-up activities to maintain a well-organized CRM. Segment and organize leads based on criteria such as industry, lead source, or potential value. Conduct periodic CRM audits to remove outdated or duplicate entries. Sales Pipeline Management Monitor the status of leads throughout the sales pipeline and update their stages as they progress. Collaborate with the sales team to identify bottlenecks and optimize the lead flow process. Assist in forecasting sales performance using CRM data and past conversion metrics. Work closely with the team to improve pipeline efficiency and conversion rates. Communication and Collaboration Share insights from lead interactions with other team members to refine sales strategies. Provide feedback from leads to help enhance our lead generation efforts. Participate in regular remote check-ins with the Sales Manager to discuss progress and challenges. Data Analysis and Reporting Analyze CRM data to review lead behavior and identify sales trends. Generate reports on lead follow-up activities, sales outcomes, and KPIs. Track and report on performance metrics related to lead management. Process Improvement Identify best practices for lead follow-up and CRM management to increase productivity. Suggest and implement tools or CRM features that could enhance efficiency. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack) and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Previous sales experience is a plus
