* Assist clients with travel inquiries and offer recommendations for destinations, accommodations, and activities
* Handle booking requests and process payments
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in travel regulations
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service


**Requirements:**

* Must reside in the USA or Mexico
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent problem-solving skills and creative thinking
* Familiarity with travel booking systems and payment processing
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays
