Key Responsibilities Engage in a comprehensive cross-training program to master all facets of store management and operations. Cultivate and sustain robust customer relationships that foster loyalty. Propel store sales and consistently exceed performance targets. Oversee customer accounts while delivering exemplary service. Manage inventory, oversee deliveries, and facilitate collections. Qualifications Candidates must be at least 21 years old (in accordance with insurance driving requirements). A High School Diploma or GED is required.
