The Product Management Analyst will create, edit, and maintain high-quality technical documentation and content that is clear, concise, and user-friendly. This role involves working closely with product management teams, to ensure that all technical information is accurately communicated to both internal and external audiences. You will report to the Product Organization and contribute to content strategy and development.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in technical writing, content creation, or a related field. And with technical writing tools and component content management systems
* Proficiency in HTML/XML/JSON, and using graphic design and multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
* Knowledge of SEO best practices and web content optimization
