As a vital member of our Data Science & Analytics team, you will collaborate with various departments—including Product, Growth, and Marketing—to derive actionable insights from data that drive product development and maximize our influence in the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth data analysis using advanced methodologies to inform product and business decisions. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. Develop robust operational models to optimize driver planning. Generate insights aimed at hiring, developing, and retaining top-tier drivers. Anticipate demand and manage inventory to support our continuous growth and development. Evaluate the effects of product launches while identifying avenues for success. Create and maintain data models that support data-driven decision-making. Act as a thought partner across diverse teams such as Product, Research, and Engineering. Propose impactful solutions that significantly benefit our patients and partners. Assess the outcome of initiatives and apply insights for ongoing enhancement. Contribute to shaping product strategy through valuable insights and recommendations. Foster a culture of data expertise by sharing knowledge and refining processes. Required Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (such as Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Data Science). Demonstrable experience in analytics focusing on data analysis, modeling, and generating actionable insights. Proficient in SQL and programming languages (e.g., Python). Solid foundation in statistical inference and predictive modeling techniques (e.g., regression analysis). Experience in designing and assessing software experiments. Familiarity with data transformation systems and handling large datasets. Knowledge of software version control systems (e.g., Git). A passion for utilizing data to solve real-world challenges. A commitment to continuous learning, adaptation, and embracing new challenges. Strong collaborative skills paired with excellent communication abilities.
