Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Management Director at TaleThrive. The Management Director will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing strategies, coordinating mentorship programs, managing competitions, and guiding young writers. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the creative growth of youth. Qualifications Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Team Management skills Experience in program development and implementation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organizational and time management abilities Knowledge of creative writing and youth development programs Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment Experience in nonprofit organizations is a plus This is an unpaid position, however recommendation letters will be provided for by the organization.
