Job Summary

The Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for partnering with the L&D Team to support Advisor Learning, facilitate classes, perform administrative functions in the Learning Management System and create course content. This position will partner with the People and Culture Team to build a culture of learning and engagement that fosters the core values of Collette, while building relationships and partnerships through professional growth and development.

Primary Functions

* Manage training content and administrative functions in Collette University for Advisor Learning as well as assist with support of existing L&D needs upon request.
* Facilitate classes and technical skills training as needed.
* Conduct follow-up discussions with project teams analyzing data to drive decisions.
* Work in collaboration with L&D Team as system administrator of the Learning Management System to perform functions such as course maintenance, data and analytics, compliance monitoring and instructional design.
* Develop partnerships with business stakeholders to increase business acumen and product knowledge.
* Contribute to project meetings across lines of business as the learning advisor for the L&D Team.
* Partner with the P&C Team and business stakeholders to identify the key cultural attributes necessary to execute business strategy.
* Develop and maintain communication for the L&D function such as intranet, blogs, and email.

Knowledge & Skills

* Bachelor’s degree preferred, or any combination of education and experience may be considered.
* 1 year experience in a learning role.
* Previous training experience and industry knowledge.
* Must possess technology skills, training management skills, and high attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently to complete tasks.

Salary Range: $50,000-$73,000
