Job Overview

Wander is a growing fast-paced startup, hiring a full-time Lead Recruiter. You will work remotely as our first full cycle Recruiter assisting all Hiring Managers on roles across the company. The ideal candidate will be able to source, interview, and coordinate the entire recruiting process from introduction to offer.

Job Description:

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our company. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and execute plans to ensure timely and effective recruitment processes.


Responsibilities:

* Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
* Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
* Facilitate the interview process, gather feedback from interviewers, and assist in decision-making.
* Conduct reference checks and negotiate employment offers with candidates.
* Maintain candidate databases and track recruiting metrics.
* Stay informed about industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, preferably at a start up.
* Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes.
* Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Ashby ATS.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong decision-making abilities.
