Responsibilities:

* Act as primary client liaison, globally.
* Coordinate and execute event programs, focusing on operations.
* Manage client-based events from sourcing to financial reconciliation.
* Lead events from concept to delivery, ensuring financial reconciliation.
* Collaborate with clients to meet program objectives.
* Provide project teams with guidance on client needs.
* Identify opportunities to increase business value.
* Develop and manage profitable event budgets.
* Maximize income through negotiation and partnerships.

Skills:

* Experience in planning diverse events like meetings, group accommodations, and venue finding.
* Experience with Cvent highly regarded
* 2 years of current event planning experience, nationally and internationally.
* Strong interpersonal skills for client, colleague, and supplier relationships.
* Self-motivated with a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
* Effective client-facing and presentation abilities.
* Excellent critical thinking and adaptability.
* Attention to detail, customer service, and negotiation skills.
* Organizational skills for managing multiple resources.
* Ability to remain composed in fast-paced, stressful situations.
