This position is fully remote and may be performed from one of the following U.S. states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IN, KS, MA, MI, MS, NC, NV, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA.

We’re seeking an eLearning Specialist to create engaging and effective online learning experiences for our SaaS product. You’ll develop training materials for both our internal teams and our customers, ensuring they can maximize the value of our software. Duties and
Responsibilities:

* Design and develop interactive eLearning modules, video tutorials, and other digital learning assets for our SaaS product
* Collaborate with product managers and subject matter experts to understand product features and translate them into clear, concise learning/training content
* Create and maintain a library of product training materials, ensuring content is up-to-date with the latest product releases
* Develop assessment tools to measure learning/training effectiveness and user comprehension
* Implement and manage learning content within our Learning Management System (LMS)
* Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve training materials
* Stay current with eLearning trends and technologies to suggest innovative approaches to product training
* Perform day-to-day LMS administration tasks
* Upload, organize, and maintain content within the LMS
* Assist managers in creating and implementing team-specific learning content

Position Proficiencies and Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field, OR
* 2+ years of experience in learning/training, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
* Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
* Familiarity with video editing and graphic design tools
* Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories

Bonus:

* Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
* Knowledge of SCORM and xAPI standards
* Experience with agile development methodologies
* Understanding of UX/UI principles for digital learning
* Familiarity with software documentation practices
