Position Overview

We seek a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Coordinatorwith a strong focus on social media and digital marketing. This role reports to the Account Manager and supports the account team in executing and managing various digital campaigns, content creation, and other digital marketing activities to drive brand awareness and engagement for Top Right and its clients.

Responsibilities

* Social Media Management: Work with clients to manage social media channels for assigned accounts, including overseeing the implementation of the content strategy, engagement monitoring, reporting, and issues escalation
* Cmpaging strategy: Assist and develop the implementation of the organic social media and paid digital advertising strategy for assigned accounts
* Marketing support: Support the internal marketing team in areas such as email marketing, social media, blogs, and case study development
* Content creation: Assist in the development of campaign and editorial calendars. Coordinate with creative, production, and media teams to ensure content is on time and strategy. Utilize strong copywriting abilities to craft engaging and persuasive content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and email marketing
* Client relations: Support account team members in maintaining and growing client relations. Participate in client meetings to understand their needs and objectives
* Data interpretation: Analyze data from organic and paid digital campaigns to create reports and meaningful insights for clients
* Trend reporting: Identify and report on relevant platform and content trends
* Project Management: Manage projects and competing priorities with flexibility. Work successfully in a fast-paced dynamic environment with solution solution-oriented mindset

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business, marketing, or communications
* Experience in social media management and digital marketing (agency experience is a plus)
* Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote work environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills are critically important
* Familiar with project management tools and workflows, experience with Wrike a plus
* Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas
* Ability to travel to client locations (if needed) and Atlanta for company and team meetings if living out of the area

* Competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $50,000, based on experience
